MARENAVA LLC sells to businesses. By requesting a quote you confirm you are buying for business purposes and not as a consumer.
Prices on this website are not published. A written quote is valid for 14 days unless it states otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing after receiving payment or, for accounts with agreed terms, a purchase order.
We accept ACH, wire transfer and major cards, in US dollars. Net terms may be offered to established accounts at our discretion.
Unless the quote states otherwise, goods ship FOB our warehouse or the factory of origin. Risk passes to you when the carrier collects. Freight quoted is an estimate and may be adjusted if the shipment differs materially from the quoted quantity.
Report shortages or transit damage within 5 business days of delivery. Product warranties are stated on each product page and cover defects in materials and workmanship. Claims are handled by replacement or credit at our option.
You are responsible for confirming that products are legal for sale in your state and for your channel. Test reports and safety data sheets are supplied on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
